Meet our tour agent at the Colombo airport, who will assist you in an escorted transfer to Kandy. Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage along the trip, a prominent Sri Lankan site that is home to roughly 65 orphan elephants. Check into your hotel once you arrive in Kandy. After that, you are free to spend the day as you like. Explore the area on your own, go to the local market, talk to the residents, eat the popular local dishes, and so much more. Stay in Kandy for the night.

On day 2, after breakfast, go touring in this UNESCO world heritage site. This medieval city is bordered by Kanda Udu Rata hills and is home to a multitude of tourist attractions, rising to almost 480 meters above sea level. Kandy was the capital of Sri Lanka's final sovereign kingdom. Botanical Gardens, the Temple of the Tooth, and the Peradeniya University campus are among the day's attractions. When in Kandy, take a drive up to Upper Lake Drive to take in the city vistas. Don't forget to shop for silks, jewellery, gems, batiks, and handicrafts at the local markets. Attend a Kandyan Dance performance in the evening (optional). Stay for the night.

After breakfast, check out and arrange for a guided transfer to Nuwara Eliya. Visit a tea estate and factory along the road. This location is recognized for being at the highest point in Sri Lanka, with beautiful views of Piduruthalagala, the country's tallest mountain at 2555 metres. Nuwara Eliya, sometimes known as 'Little England,' was founded by the British in the 19th century. Tourists visit nowadays to take advantage of the pleasant weather and to see the colonial-style bungalows. To see the entire tea brewing process, go to a factory and a plantation here. Nuwara Eliya is where you'll spend the night.

Continue to Colombo today after early morning breakfast, stopping at Devon Falls and St Clair's on the way back. It is Sri Lanka's largest city, a contemporary, vibrant, bustling metropolis that nonetheless retains vestiges of its colonial past. Visit prominent tourist attractions such as the influential residential Cinnamon Gardens, Fort and Pettah, Galle Face Green, the local market for shopping, and so on when you arrive. Stay for the night.
